    Default New Guitar Day!!

Just went and go this guitar, sooo excited.

Paid $230 for it and I like it a lot. It needs some adjustments since the strings seem to twang/buzz a little when fretted. Still sorta new to electrics and need to read up on adjusting it.

    Wooohooo!

Congratulations. Nice buy! If you are not too familiar with electrics you may want to wait on adjusting the action. Most electric players like the action extremely low. It is a different playing style than playing acoustic. It takes me some time to adjust to electric when I have been playing acoustic. Enjoy your new guitar!
    Regards,

Nice! It's got a great vintage look -- very cool. Congratulations, and have fun with it.

Cool guitar - bought my son an Epiphone SG a while back, and its a peach of an instrument.

    Yours looks very nice!

Restring it with some 10's, one string at a time and play it for several weeks. Guitars in the box are shipped with the strings loose and it takes a little while for the neck to settle. Congrats on the new guitar acquisition! Ric
