    Cool technique. Kinda tricky.. When I was doing the roll I only use the four fingers.

    I guess adding the thumb gives it that extra "OOOMPH"

    the end reminded me of bruce lee's nuchaku skills, where he was moving so fast they had to slow the camera to see what he was doing
