Song Help Request Sufjan Stevens Chicago acoustic help

I've figured out the actual chords just find, but I really need help with the fingerpicking. I was able to find it for guitar, but I just can't apply it to uke, or find a variation of it. I tried Twelvefrets, but that version only sounded about 1/4 right. I'd really appreciate some help with this.
