Default Should I move into a haunted house?

So I'm trying to find a place to live on Kauai and my dad has these 2 rental houses. Super cheap rent (about $500 less than the nearest comparable house) only one catch. They are freakin haunted. Almost every tenant except the current ones have said they've seen ghosts. Not just ghosts, HAWAIIAN ghosts. The houses are right on a natural path into a valley and my dad has found a lot of Hawaiian stone artifacts around the houses.

So... should I live there? The current tenants haven't seen anything the last sighting was around 10 years ago (though the current tenants may see stuff and just not say anything because they don't want to move cause its so cheap).

I guess I can always set up a 24/7 web cam and broadcast video from a haunted house.

As long as they are cool uke-playing ghosts, I would say yes.

I will also place a bet that Kateri will be coming over a lot.

Well they were Hawaiian ghosts so maybe they'll enjoy the music...

    Hell yeah you should Rayan!

As long as there's no history of the ghosts getting nasty/violent, then there shouldn't be a problem IMHO.

I've been on a few "Ghost Hunts" around here in Florida (a couple in Hawaii too) - and caught a few things that were unexplainable, but no real concrete scientific evidence to show proof of the after life, etc. (I'm not one of those guys who believes in "orbs" - dust is too common with high intensity flashes.) So I'm still in the air regarding whether or not I'm a "True Believer" of Ghosts.

This could be your opportunity to get some proof! You could also call "Ghost Hunters" on the SciFi Channel to see if they'd come out to investigate!

I guess I can tell a couple of sightings in these houses.

    The front house:

A face in the closet amongst the clothes.
A woman walk through the wall then walk through the other wall with a huge gust of wind following that slammed all the doors in the house shut and shook the walls.

Back House: (where I might live)
Tenant's child suddenly started screaming in the living room, when asked what was wrong he said there was a lot of Hawaiian people in the room.

I voted Yes. By all means. But on the condition that you talk to a specialist on the subject and find out how you can create a nice environment for the both of you to live in. Is is not a fact that the Hawaiian people have lived with their ancestors all around them for ages? As long as you don't call in the Ghostbusters, their should be no problem.

As for music... keep it traditional perhaps?

Hell yeah - those should be some pretty easy set-ups for a few cameras or at least some digital recorders.

Here's a pic that my friend Camile took of a Tour Guide while we were in a supposedly "haunted" house in St. Augustine, FL. In that room was where a brutal murder had taken place some 50 to 60 years ago. The orb is pretty apparent in front of the Tour Guide and Camile is 100% convinced it's a 'spirit orb'. I'm not as easily swayed... I still think it's dust!

Here's the house from outside... (almost castle-like huh?)

Hmmm... nope! Still no EMF's! LOL

I think i'd buy it if that orb had a shadow of some sort. Isn't there a really haunted lighthouse in St. Augustine? Did you check that out?
