Wow, I love this performance!
It's all new song I believe, I'm only half way through it so I'm not totally sure.
But so far everything he has played is NEW ^_^

Nice find dude. It's all from his Japanese release "Ichigo Ichie"

That last song "Yuki no Hana" is a song from Nakashima Mika. That was the last song Jake showed me. Till this day, I can't stop playing that song. It's quite a haunting tune.
