Trying to find a good version of winter wonderland.

I want to play a strumming version of winter wonderland but i can't find a good set of tabs to save my life. I have found versions I like on youtube but they only have the chord names and I'm afraid I'm not good enough to figure that out just yet. Can anyone help me? That is a good one, but I'm looking for guitar tabs haha. Either way I am going to play it one my uke now too.

Guitar tabs will use the same chords (different fingerings).
