When i have a capo on the 3rs fret, the E string makes a buzzing sound against the saddle, anyone have any ideas on how to stop that?

the strings are taut over the saddle, so not sure how a string could buzz against it? Are you sure its not buzzing against a lower fret? If its definitely the saddle area the buzzing comes from - is your bridge loose, or do you have curls of string buzzing against the body?

If its the frets, your action sounds a touch low - you can raise it very slightly by putting a very thin wood shim under the saddle.

Why would you capo?

Anyway, did you go through the first "sticky" post in this section?

Short of that, does it happen only when you capo, or when you fret as well (should be the same)?
If its only when you capo, then you have your fix.
If both, then you probably need to level your frets first, before you decide to raise your action. Also, if you do end up raising your action (I doubt it), the right way to do it replace the saddle.
