try guess
anyone know of an acoustic guitar that doesnt sound like a old, dying whale puking his lungs out while farting at the same time, but is relatively cheap and good for a beginner. i figure i should start learning, to make myself more musically adept

"dreadnought" sounds like it might kill me, but im all for buying it!:music:

another question: will any guitar case fit any guitar

It should, check the specs of both the guitar and the case to make sure though.

I have played the black version of this guitar and for the price it is quite a bargain, sounds and plays great!

I've owned one of these for 4 years. Nice sound and volume. The tuners are smooth and don't bind. Intonation is spot on all the way tio the 12th fret (with no cutaway, I have not played it much higher than the 12th fret). I set the neck up and it's superb. I bought it originally as a throw around (I have 58 guitars), but I like so much I often pick it up first. Price does not always equal quality. Ric

Get a Yamaha, you can't go wrong with any of their models. They all sound and play great.
