Default New uke arrived today, it's my first!!!

I'm so excited, I got my uke today and it's beautiful. I decided that I wanted a pineapple for my first uke so I got a Ohana PK-25G with a hard case. It's an all solid mahogany soprano with the coolest headstock. Mike was so helpful and awesome, I highly recommend Uke Republic to everyone.

As soon as it arrived, I tuned it up and started Boot Camp!

That's a great looking kit! I love the offset tuners. Smart and chic. Nice case, too. You're all set! Enjoy.

Indeed they are!!! When they need changing I'm going to compare them to Martin and Worth. Keep reading all the different opinions and want to hear it for myself.

Congratulations on your new Ohana. I have always liked the Ohanas I have tried out.

Congrats! I know the feeling, as I just got my first (a soprano) about 1 1/2 weeks ago. It appears you play a bit of guitar, like me. I have found getting into simple chord songs has been relatively easy (but my strumming still stinks). Being able to "jump in" quickly makes it extra fun.

When I looked at it up close, I sounded like a Toy Story alien: "Oooooh!"
    That's a hot-lookin' headstock. Congratulations!
