    C(3000) E7(2021) A7(0010) Am(3002) D7(3222) G6(7777) G7(2120) C G7 C

A bit like huckleberry's. The G6 gives it a little something.

    Default my new favorite

This one is the intro from my latest original, "you might've guessed I'm in love". It works pretty well with a fingerpick/strum combo.

    Fmaj7(5557) Fm6(5545) Em7(4435) Adim(2323) Dm7(2213) G7b5(0112) Cmaj7(0002) G7b5(0112)

Doug that sounds great! Hey weren't you the guy with some middle eastern ones too? I would like to get some of those minor ones like eastern type ones if you have them.

Thanks, you can check out the full song on my YT channel (the link is in my signature), it should be the most recent upload.

I did have a couple of songs that have sort of a middle eastern kind of sound, but I wouldn't claim to really have any real knowledge of that music, or the scales they use. I basically "discovered" a funky dissonant chord that gives it that feel when used with a Bb minor. Here's a partial sequence of "These walls we don't see":

    3111 3301 3111 3301 3111 3301 3311 2310
    6666 5666 3534 0111 3301 3311 2310 3111

I also used that chord in "Gold miner's lament" and "Zombie Blues".

I just usually play the FIVE FOOT TWO chords and add some fancy strumming. It's also my favorite thing to play when trying a new uke.
    My Soprano Empire:
    VINTAGE MARTINS: c.'48 Martin 0
OTHER VINTAGE: c30s Blue Favilla, c50 TV Pal, 30s Redhead
    MODERN MARTINS: OXK; 2012 2M
    KAMAKA: 2010 Pineapple (RIP MGM)

    My Baritone Empire:
    '12 Kala KA-B, '69 Silvertone, c.'53-57 Favilla, c.'63 Martin, '11 Kamaka

STRUMTESTS//ADD to The STRING DATABASE and UKE CASE DATABASE // Take the NAME THAT MARTIN test.

the two songs i always go to are Pencil This Mustache by Jimmy Buffet and Jammin by Bob Marley. They both sound so sweet on the uke!
