Good Morning Everyone!

Just about to go to work and thought I would post this now rather than later...this one goes out to mm stan who has been unwell for a while and absent from the UU, I miss him and hope he gets better soon!

Also, in 15 weeks since I started my diet I've lost 31lbs!
