I am selling my Kanilea concert to cover unforseen car repairs. I am insure when it was built, but it was purchased around 8/11/09 for $730 without a case. It currently has a clear pick guard above and below the sound hole, but it doesn't affect the sound. It has no scratches or dings and is in great condition. It has the extra-glossy UV finish which is incredible to look at. It is strung with Worth browns(high G) and sounds fantastic. Included is a Ko'olau hardshell case and a half set of both Worth brown and clears(both high G.) Price is $600 + actual shipping costs OBO. Pretty good. I haven't got to play it much lately cuz I'm getting ready to move away for college, but it's cool.
 
Congrats on goin to College, you can always take a uke with you. I know it's gonna be hard to play when when school starts, use it as a stress reliever. Have fun and Good Luck!
 
I can't imagine having to sell my Kanilea concert, but I understand your situation. Such a wonderful uke, I hope you can send it to a good home.
 
These things sound otherworldly! I am half tempted to buy this one so that I have 2 incase one gets broken.

I've been looking for ukes everywhere and this is the best deal hands down for this K-1 UV gloss ... I would've already pulled the trigger but I'm still not fully decided on what I want. But I did want to throw this out there for a fellow UU member who is offering such an awesome deal. (And no, I don't know Torao.)

With that said, please don't buy it in case this is what I ultimately decide I want LOL. j/K
