When I was searching the Web for George Formby songs, info , etc. (which I normally do once a day or so) I ran across this. Parody perhaps? I would have guessed done in late 60s or early 70s. I'm not sure what it would be considered but even though it is totally weird and not my style at all, this guy did an outstanding job with whatever it is. The title is "WHEN I'M CLEANING MI WINDOWS".
