what you going to do with it??
 
The first job to do on this Press is to refurbish it..The mechanics are Ok but the paint job is horrible..so i've stripped it down to it's bare bones and got the blowlamp and scraper and wire brush on it..as you can see the original colour was green..but i'm going to paint it blue (or I should say Mrs Timbuck is going to paint it blue):)

Coming from this machine world, I have to admit that I have never seen a hand crank version! You have a rare find!!!

Obviously, no safeties on it, so be careful. There really is something to be said for OSHA. I have worked both side of that fence, and they are not all bad.

Most of the punch and die combinations that you might be using (if you are going to be using it for small holes) have way too much clearance for the thinner metals. They have more clearance as they are designed for 1/16 or thicker. The extra clearance will cause a large flare on the exit side.

Refurb all done ( Big Kiss for Mrs Timbuck :eek:)..Now! to make some presstools for it ...
