I'm not sure how I stumbled upon this website originally, but they have some Mya Moe ukes available:

They're based out of Canada and the ukes ship from Washington. It takes around two weeks to take delivery of an instrument (no expedited shipping apparently).
I'm not affiliated with this company in any way, just passing along my experience and thought there would be some interest in the info.
