I thought the notation is used the other way around?

    like this would be A:
    0
    0
    1
    2

well I just listened to the video. I know its probably a little off but this is what i got:

    4222, 2422, 2011, 0011,

it sounds really close! can anyone verify the chords?

yeah haha i dont know how i was suppose to lay out the notations, but yeah ur chords sound pretty good too, no right or wrong, people use different chords to go along with their singing range. Peace and keep on strumming.

i jus realized my notations flipped upside are much easier to read thanks for catching that haha, so its changed

So heres the chords i came up with, these are the same chords that aldrine uses:
    Code:
    4 2 2 0
    2 4 0 0
    2 2 1 1
    2 2 1 1
    Bm add 9 Bm6 E6 A maj 7
The fourth chord is played a few times through out the song. Idk when though. So the first three chords are the main chords that are played throughout the song.
I need to learn this theory stuff better.. please let me know if this is way off guys!
    Code:
    the first chord is
    Bm add 9
    second is
    Bm6
    third is
    E6
    fourth is
    A maj 7
this is based off the of the youtube version that can be found here:

    Cool

    Aloha everybody,

I got the chords down, from watching aldrine's Iamhawaii vid.
The prob I am having, is I can't figure out the srtuming pattern.
Like when to strum up, and down.
    When to mute, etc.

Could I get some help from anyone that can play this song?

I have a topic written about this, with the strumming pattern I use and the chords. I'm almost 100% sure the chords are correct also.
My friend says the ukulele is like the banjo... wtf? hahaha
