What would be best value?

So, I really want my "electric" uke to be a mahogany concert mainland. So, what would be best - buy a "like new" used version for $175 and have the electronics installed, or brand new with pre-installed under saddle pickups for at least $328? I've never dabbled in electrics - not sure what it would cost to have a local company do it. Suggestions?
