Is it strange that my animals all match? I seem to have a thing for brown and black. Possibly also why I have a strange fondness for my eleuke peanut :)

Dark siamese - Trin, light siamese - Satori, horse-looking siamese - Bodhi

Finally someone with a horse! I gave mine up to move here, and the only picture I have with me, while a great one, is an old-fashioned non-computer photograph. My scanner is too old to and too crap to do it justice. If I had a tripod I'd try to give it a go with the camera. My little gorilla pod is too... little.

Either Satori looks like a Siamese, or the cats look like a buckskin. Satori looks all "You're not going to use the flash are you? I don't want to have to hurt you." Sideways look, win. :)

This is our little girl. She has eyebrows and a beard, and this is the face she gives when she wants to nap and mommy is bothering her with the new camera. This is Pixie (Pixel) the wiredhair doxie.

Here's a song I wrote about my cat, Prowly, and he piped in while I was playing, along with some of the local birds.

meet Fuzzy, my daughter's little puppy. yes, I know he's really a rat, but he thinks he's a puppy so we just go along with him. he loves it when I play my uke for him!

Here's the late Fuzz when I was just starting to learn the uke. My husband said my music was soothing the savage beast.

We have two dogs and two cats. Our older dog, Tuesday, is a 15 1/2 year old German Shepherd/something small and "herdy" mix. I don't have any really good pictures of her on my phone or computer. The older cat is about 8, and I also don't have any good pictures of her. The younger dog, Lizzie, is about 4 1/2 years old, a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix. She's very funny and I have a lot of pictures of her. And then there's Freddie... a 6 1/2 month old kitten/terror. He thinks he's a dog. We have had him since he was a week old. We fostered his mother and 3 siblings along with him for our local animal shelter. We, of course, ended up keeping one, and, well... he was the one. He's been around our dogs since he was teensy, and Lizzie LOVES him. He thinks she's his mom. The other cat can't stand him, but she's getting used to him. He's sort of entered the "petulant teen-ager" phase, and is pretty full of himself.
Lizzie likes toys, and I like to put them on top of her!
