This is my first attempt at an electric solid body tenor. The core of the body is Honduran mahogany laminated with a 3 mm African mahogany front and back. The finger board is maple with ebony dots. The neck is laminated mahogany and maple. I used a MiSi (thanks to Mike and Tookta at Mainland Ukes) under saddle pick up. I have to thank "Unk" David Gill for using his facilities and guidance once again. David is absolutely the best uncle a guy can have. I bought a Roland Street Cube to use with this uke. If I could only play well enough to do justice with it. Maybe I'll ask Scott Wilder to test drive it.
