Hello,
There's a nice Kamaka Pinapple on eBay...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/111113045374?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
The seller has posted great photos, including the original kamaka hangtag which states that the Uke was made in Japan, but assembled in Hawaii!
Does anyone have information about this past practice? I don't think this affects the value, but it's an interesting historical tidbit.
I was not aware of any Japan-made Kamaka ukes except for the well known Kamaka Keiki models.
Thanks!

Moving this to the proper area.
