Hey! So, I recently got a pineapple ukulele, more specifically the Kala Watermelon, which I love. :D I've been wanting to get a case for it, and I was wondering if this case would work... http://cosmomusic.ca/case-ukelele-rockcase-deluxe-soft-soprano-black.html
The interior of it has the figure 8 curve, and I'm not really sure if a pineapple would fit inside.
Another option is... http://cosmomusic.ca/case-ukulele-kala-soprano.html
Do you think that would fit a pineapple ukulele?
If anyone has any other suggestions on a protective case that I could find online, please comment below. Thanks! :)
By the way, I live in Toronto, Canada so if the website is based in Canada, it would help a lot!

Many well padded gig bags are more teardrop shaped and will work. This applies to the nylon covered hard cases like the one you show. Some folks re-configure the foam inserts inside for a better fit.

You could try the Magic Fluke - they sell cases and gig bags for the flea - which is a pineapple shape. I'd call - they do great phone support. My daughter has the flea hard case and it is very nice.

I have one of those Stagg cases, and it will absolutely not work with the geared tuners on the watermelon. You may be able to notch out enough to slide them in, but it would be tricky.

My advice would be to buy a figure 8 foam case and throw a few pieces of foam in there to make it nice and snug.

Does she keep a pineapple uke or a flea in the case? I bought one sight unseen, and it's not at all padded, so I wasn't comfortable putting any of my pineapples in there.

I second the stagg case. My kala KA-P fits in there snug and my Ohana Pineapple just right.

Here's a few threads with further info:

There's also a Pineapple case on Uke Republic from Ohana, but I've never heard of anyone owning one of these.

Also, the Fremont rectangular case should house the pineapple, but I think it costs more than the Kala to begin with!

Best of luck!

You might try getting a tenor banjo case or a mandolin case. Go to www.elderly.com. They have tons of cases of all kinds. They are also nice people to work with and can probably give you good recommendations.

I bought a sturdy case from Amazon for my KoAloha Pineapple.

i had a concert flea that fit just fine in a concert sized musicians friend case. i think i posted somewheres bout that.
