Thread: Looking for a pretty, beautiful song.

Default Looking for a pretty, beautiful song.

Im looking for a song that is intermediate, pretty, and sounds great. It can be fingerpicking, or chords...or both. Is there a song you know that fits this criteria? I want something new to learn, and I'm tired of playing songs with all chords, although if someone recommends it, ill learn it.

How about "I'll Never Find Another You" by The Seekers?
It's mostly chords but has a good intro riff that's repeated now and again throughout the song.

"Beside You" originally by the New York Rock & Roll Ensemble, written by Michael Kamen and featured in the film "What Dreams May Come." Most romantic song ever.

Lovely song here to help you work on your fingerpicking. I play it a little different (made it my own) but it's one I still play quite often when doodling and I'm an advanced player (:
