    Default 2 day uke build

I started this uke 2 days ago. The customer wanted a Tasmanian blackwood tenor with no bindings and a hand rubbed old timey sunburst to match the soprano I made him years ago. No grain filler either. I started spraying it tonight and tomorrow ill give it a light quick sand then add some retarder thinners, lay it on its back and spray the top and not touch it again, or buff it.
The neck has the fingerboard glued on and ill spray it tomorrow in one session

Thanks Scott- Blackwood always looks nice with a burst. The colour is what i call Magical Brown, although others call it Stew Mac's Tobacco Brown Just the one colour mix about three ways

I'm impressed with how much you got done. Two days would see me very pleased to have completed a nicely glued back and soundboard.
