My first impression is it might be custom made. The lightning bolt on the head makes me think of the Robert Redford movie "The Natural" where his character made his own bat with the same looking lightning bolt.
Might be an idea to post this question on the UOGB Facebook page - or send a mail to office@theukes.org.
