Song Help Request fingerpicking House of the Rising Sun

I am new here and really am enjoying UU.

I found this youtube video of what is supposed to be a simple fingerpicking pattern for House of the Rising. I am unable to determine what he is actually doing. Any help would be appreciated.

I am somewhat new at this, but I can often play tabs and have them sound pretty OK. I am surprised how difficult it is to get this to sound right. I can see from the video that it certainly can be done. Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks Camsuke. I am going to work on the version I found first and then maybe try practicing the other version.
