Ukulele Underground Stickers and Decals...

What was the final word on the stickers?

There's always cafe press as a cheap solution if you guys don't want to pay to have a bunch of stuff printed.

Has anyone on the little damp island of Britain received their sticker yet? I'm on first name terms with the postman now and he says "Nothing from Hawaii this morning but here's another bill." My, how he makes me laugh ...

Yeah I'd buy a couple.
For the car...and my case...and to put all over New Jersey!

Vinyl decals can be done in a number of ways.

Firstly literally just cad cut - they'd need application paper applied so that regular folk don't get tangled up in the thin straggly bits.

Secondly - full colour printing done on a specialised printer such as a versacamm - very useful for photographic images etc.

Thirdly - spot colour printing done on another specialised printer which uses foil rather than inks - such as a Gerber, great for single colour or spot colour logo's - can also do metallic colours and white - which obviously a standard or vinyl printer can't.

If stickers ARE done, make sure that they are able to withstand the bright sunshine of the area you live in - they will have a fast fade rate if not ( they are normally given a protective cover. )

There are two types of vinyl - sign vinyl and textile vinyl - if there is a vector file of the UU logo it would be very easy to get these done.
