chords for deciding on size ukulele

not necessarily for me, but i couldn't find something other than "try it out" as advice to finding a perfect size ukulele...

i've sort of settled in to my concert size, but i think what's helpful was one of the determining tests i do in helping decide which size was right for me was fretting and actually strumming different chords that seem to stress your finger positions and the comfort of getting, stretching and fitting into those complex chord shapes.

off the top of my head, here's a couple i use:

4222 Bm
2220 D
2134 Gbm
1324 A7

The chord that I always use when tyring out new Ukes is

4442 E Chord

The 2nd bane of my existence is seeing "practice, practice, practice"

I play both Tenor and Soprano so I don't really look at chord shapes.

One of the things after buying my Pono Soprano I am looking at when playing a "New" Uke is how close are the strings to the egdes of the fretboard.

My Pono's are REAL close to the Edge and at first I was always rolling the A string off the side.
Another is how close the frets are together not all Sopranos are the same!!!!!

My Pono is on top of a Kala and you can see how going toward the body the frets get closer together than the Kala's. Even the first fret is closer to the nut. It's just smaller all the way around.
