Don't know what style you're looking for, but if you like classical, Rob MacKillop's "Bach Uke Book" fits the bill.

The simple guitar accompaniment for many of the 19th century machete pieces could work almost as well on the baritone with the soprano uke playing the machete parts (albeit in a different key). That's a "little more modern" than Bach! And you could always play any melody you want on one instrument while the other strums or fingerpicks an accompaniment.
