Thanks Camsuke. I wish I could be pleased with it. I spend such a long time practising and in this particular case, studying how Cory plays but can't seem to translate it to a solid performance. I've noticed that most Uke players adopt a hand/wrist position that is unique to the instrument. This kind of attack allows them to create the mellow
" thunk" sound that I really like. I've played classical guitar for some time now and the hand position I use seems to produce a rather " tinny" sound. I'm not too sure I can relearn the new method !!! I haven't played any other Ukes either so it's in my mind that my Kala might be holding me back !!! Thanks for lookin though, appreciate it .
