head for Gibson UB

I need to replace the head on my UB. It's a 9 inch head. Anyone know how I can get one-skin or plastic??

They have calf and goat skin at elderly. You could call them for advice. I am sure they would be helpful. I have a Gibson UB-1 myself.

Google calk skin vellum, there are quite a few suppliers. Thinisman is one. Buy a 16 inch head if you choose calfskin, you need enough to wrestle it under the tension hoop.

After you by the vellum, google instructions for installing it.
I did my UB-2, a little patience is all it takes.
My came out fine.
