I'm a longtime customer of Elderly and just ordered some Uke strings but I'd also consider www.musciansfriend.com as they have many of their cases on sale as well.
I just ordered and received one of their Musicians Gear Concert Hardshell case for $29.99 + free shipping. It is a perfect fit for my KPK Caoncert although as mentioned here, the neck support was a bit high. Following the recommendations posted here I was able to lower the support by about 1cm and you can't tell any modification was made. And it took me all of 15 minutes.
