Greetings fellow ukeaholics!
Here's a lovely little Maui Music koa concert, for your consideration (or just nosey ogling
). I got this from Tyler at the Ukulele Store in Waikiki and I'm hoping to get back what I paid for it, as I bought it used in the same condition (see photo of price tag, included). It's a from 2005 (pre-fire) and it plays with a beautiful, punchy, traditional tone. It's currently strung up with soft tension Uke Logics. I've included a sound sample below, for your viewing and listening pleasure.
There is no structural damage and a few little love bumps that might be expected from a well played instrument from nearly 20yrs ago.
I tried to photograph these as best I could... please feel free to ask for additional pics.
I just got this in February, delivered after my trip to Oahu, so I've barely had enough time to fall in love with... but alas, another concert has caught my fancy (you can find my NUD, if you haven't already). This is another tough one to let go, but 1-in-1-out is as 1-in-1-out does. I must abide, but I'll keep it in rotation until the right owner comes along.
