Alvin Keech tutor and George Formby

Hi has anyone read Alvin Keech tutor and solos for the Banjoleles banjo and ukulele? I read a George Formbys biography and it mentioned he most probably learnt from this book as their styles were similar..

I would imagine there’s no copywriter now? But can’t find a copy online other then rare eBay listing that’s finished (happy to pay)
