It is indeed solid acacia. It's the one from the UU marketplace and it's still not here! They usually finish up deliveries before noon on Saturday. I'm definitely on the end of the run. Wouldn't it be great if there was a gps tag on the truck or the package so you could really follow it. Every time something goes down the front street I go down to the door! I am playing uke and guitar in the meantime.

She's here! I want to put some new strings on and oil up the fingerboard. I'll post some pictures and a video later.

This week has been busy, busy, busy. Ah Saturday morning. Here is a quick sound sample the first in taro patch (d g d g b d) and the rest in standard tuning. I used my Zoom H2. There are no effects added.

Sorry Alan. The start of the school year is kicking my butt. I just tried to take a few shots and the indoor lighting is awful. Daylight will be better when I get a chance. Maybe one afternoon this week or this weekend.
