I thought I was a confirmed tenor player then I realized I was a confirmed concert player. Then on a lark I bought an Ohana sk-25.

Now I'm a soprano player. I hunted this little beast for months, stalking uke sites without success until one morning I thought "I'm going to check TUS- they had it! Boom! Mine.

She just arrived this morning in a thick heavy blue hard case with fuzzy gray fur...she plays like a dream...no less than I expect from aNueNue. Props to TUS! I'm a happy uke player and I'm hoping my uas is cured!us3k.png

She is GLORIOUS. Congratulations!!!

What a lovely soprano. Great looking Koa. Congratulations!

Enjoy your gem.

Congratulations, that's lovely. I've been soprano curious in general and US3K in particular. So, how does it sound?

Congrats! It sounds like you are a confirmed ukulele player, is all. It's lovely. Enjoy!

Wow, that's the best-looking Anuenue I've ever seen! I think that the classic spruce soprano birds are adorable, but this is STELLAR!!!
Thanks Tim!! My little vintage kamaka soprano made me a real fan of koa and soprano; I actually tried to find a new kamaka soprano but with no luck- of course now TUS has one...the "mid grade" koa hits the sweet spot for me for woodsy bling and she sounds like a beautiful well made concert than a bright chirpy soprano- bet she could stand a low g...but I'll stay reentrant with this one!

Thanks Terry! Sound is smooth and pleasurable to the ear; on the edge of quiet, not crashy bright and bangy like my Ohana sk-25! The planetary tuners are amazingly responsive and intonation is spot on. I have to admit I'm a bit of an aNueNue fangirl- I now get why people love the bird series. TUS has a 5k soprano available!

ANueNue makes quality ukes for sure!

Wow, that’s a lovely looking soprano. Enjoy!

Fabulous. I have the concert version, UC3K, and it's every bit as good as any high-end or custom uke I've played. Congrats.

I also have a US3K and absolutely love it. Her name is Rosebud. Also have her big sister Lady Rose. She is a UC3K.
they are both fantastic ukes. Sometimes I can’t decide which one to play because they both sound so good.

Always nice to know other folks enjoy such an amazing little uke! It's so little! I really love playing it, it ticks every single box for a finely made soprano for me. I considered buying the concert version but I have an amazing Millar cedar/rosewood concert that is equally as well made as the aNueNue - no kidding!
