Bonanza Ukuleles are Back!

It seems that Bonanza Ukuleles are on their way back! I heard they were going to be at a uke fest - maybe Funky Frets next month - not sure about that, though.

They posted on their Facebook page about their new instrument the "Bonjo" just two days ago. If you click on the link for their website there it brings you to a page that says that their new website is currently under construction but it looks to be at least partially functional.

Pete told me they were going to Funky Frets and were planning on taking a few orders to keep him busy during the upcoming winter. Winter is long up in Big Falls, MN.

I will be taking a limited number of orders for winter production.
I am restarting a new website with details. Bonanzaukuleles.com.
It has been an interesting year. My #1 Son was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer in May and I had to pull off to run the cabinet shop.
He is doing well and is back at it but this old guy is tired.

Thank you @Bonanza Pete for popping in to let us know. I am so happy to hear that your son is on the road to recovery, but gosh, that's a stressful, traumatic, upsetting time, I don't blame you for having to pull in your horns a bit. As you can see, your ukuleles are popular here on the UU forum, so I'm sure many people will be delighted to hear that you'll still be building, even if at reduced capacity.

Yes - they are going to have some of their new BONJOs there. A figure 8 shaped cajon of sorts with pickup.
