I have found that the actual process of making one's own cheat sheet is very transformative in one's musical life. Grappling with your own limitations and creating a cheat sheet is the first step to overcoming your limitations.
I have one piece of paper with four columns. Each column refers to a root on each of the 4 strings. The rows are devoted to chords I care about: m6, m7, 9, 13, m11, sus2, sus4, etc.
Since it is hand-written I cannot upload it. But I wanted to encourage people to make their own cheat sheets. It really is time well-spent
