Does anybody recognise this ukulele?

I wonder what it is but especially what the fretboard looked like, as I have the impression that it has been shortened.

Well I won't claim expertise, yet the fretboard looks to be retrofitted to me.
The fretboard looks significantly newer than the rest of the uke, so it wouldn't surprise me if someone has taken a new 17-18 fret fretboard and cut it down to fit an older instrument that had a 12 fret fretboard.

OK, that was a possibility I didn't think of. I haven't bought it yet, so I can only judge from the pictures.

I've just had another look.
Those frets look wonky to me. They look like less than expertly cut, hand cut frets.
The fourth fret looks way out and some of the others aren't great either.
I think I would be walking away from it.

Maybe... it also looks a bit like the photo is distorted... There is an odd dividing line in the image right where those frets appear to bend...

I'd walk away as well unless it's really cheap!
