Hi all. I am selling my early 60's Martin Tenor ukulele. If you are looking for a vintage tenor that sounds great and plays great, you might think about this one. Hear a clip of the uke being played at:

This tenor rings, sustains, and plays all the way up the neck. Also, it has fantastic action without buzzing.

$650 shipped to continental US.

The uke has been played, which means it has love bumps and bruises, but I don't see any repairs, nor any need for any repairs. As you can see from the photos, there is a finish crack to the treble side of the sound hole. I assure you that it is not a crack that goes through the wood. I can send a video clip (upon request) that verifies that. The indentation on the upper treble side of the top looks like it was formed by someone anchoring a finger there while they played.

In any case, it is a pretty straightforward 14-fret early 60's Martin tenor with tortoise binding and all original parts.

Comes with hard case. I will pack safely for shipping. Thank you.

That is a screaming deal... the action a little high but intonation sounds good.
(I just realized that sound sample can sort of show that)
Nice sale. I remember seeing examples of same, in much worse condition for more $ than that, 20 yrs ago!

I could never get over my aversion to those pin bridge string holders, but for a vintage Martin tenor.
