I'm somewhat confused as there was a message posted in 2020 saying this forum was to be replaced by a Discord group. But people are still posting here. What was resolved in the end?

UU just transferred the forum to a new service to keep it going. There have been numerous posts in the last few days congratulating the move. They're still in the process of completing the transition, but I for one am very happy they went to this service, which is the best I've ever dealt with.

Yep and I love it. I've hate boards on discord because there's no way to search for some of the great information that's been in before. On here some of the questions can be repetitive, but on discord it's a never-ending repetitive mess. You'll get responses here almost as fast as discord plus can do research. Great for luthiers lounge and the like.
