Koaloha Opio Friction tuners not holding tuning

I have a Koaloha Opio Concert with the Koaloha friction tuners. The E string is not holding tune at all. Like I can bring into tune, but a half dozen measures later, it's out.

How do I fix it?

All friction tuning pegs need to be tightened from time to time. Don't tighten it too much; 1/8 or 1/4 turn is usually enough.

As man0a said - tweak the screw slightly, clockwise: just enough so that the peg will hold against the tension of the string.
