Please, somebody buy this

Oh man I wish. I'm going to sell all my ukes and purchase something grand like this beautiful Petros. I want to go for something glorious

This seems like an amazing price on a style 2 Gibson. No idea if the seller is open to shipping it.

It says "sold" on it, but a Ko'olau T1 for only $900 on FleaMarketMusic? Was that a legitimate listing?

Here's one!

Wow. Wonder what the build year is? I remember having one when they first came out (not all the extra like the pineapple, the fb inserts, and what is that "pickup speaker"?)... the ebony fb, tenor scale was amazingly smooth... the tone and volume was the big amazement. Its a cannon for real.

This caught my attention on Shawns site. A Martin shop tenor style 3 appointments and the Kite headboard insert.
Something about style 3 fretboards get my juices going. Good sound too.
I've been catching up on this thread...

...seems the prices are quite reasonable for the most part; like lower than earlier?
With high inflation, some sellers have to lower their prices to get a bite; I know I had a hell of a time trying to sell my mini-van, had to reduce price quite substantially to get it gone. ( I know, who wants a minivan these day lol)

I've been 👁️ that ukulele. I’ve been wanting a mahogany tenor. And looking at vintage Martin's, Gibsons, Kala Doghair and Takumi. But my funds aren't infinite ♾️. But that one does sound great. And of course whatever Mika plays sound great.

I've got a Kala doghair up for trade in marketplace if you've got something comparable you're looking to get rid of!

Not that I'm in any actual danger of buying this at this price, but wouldn't a harp ukulele be loads of fun? And it looks really cool...

Clearly I've become something of a Beansprout/Keim fanboy. Has anyone seen this? He has seven or eight videos of the restoration process on this old koa uke made around 100 years ago in Chicago.

I put in the initial bid at $300 and was quickly (and expectedly) outbid. With all the work that went into it, it seems like it would be quite a prize for someone who really digs the vintage ukes. Apparently the proceeds go to fund his trips to the islands to research the Kingdom Era ukulele he is recreating.

I'd love to get a NUD review if someone here snagged it!

The luthier has a number of videos of him playing the Harp ukulele

Well done!

Gosh dang! This is a beauty. I find myself always drawn to simple aesthetics. This one checks so many boxes for me.

If anyone here is the one to win the auction for this beauty. I have a Martin 3 up for trade. Not that it's a 1-1 trade, but I'm happy to see if we could find an arrangement. ;)

The Henderson Auction is a bargain so far

Those Ukuleles cost between $3000-$8000 and have a 3 year wait.

I agree! It is built amazingly and sounds awesome. The quality of the woods is great and it is really hard to get your hands on one.

Saw that, and I have purchased a ukulele from that seller before, and it arrived exactly as described, and was priced very fairly. I'm sure it was legit.
I’ve also bought from this seller (twice). He’s legit. Was very tempted by that one.
