Thanks for the review. I have seen these seen for sale and it is amazing what an artist can do to elevate a simple instrument like an ukulele.

Thanks for this review. It was especially nice to get a comparable sound sample (since you play the same things on all of your reviews) to get an idea of the sound. Definitely out of my price range but I do love these instruments for their incredible creativity and detail. Good to know they are as amazing in real life!

I agree even for myself when come sound sample. It was g,reat to hear how Baz described it. Like you said he's played so many instruments so he can reference it better than me.
I now know how to describe the sound when someone asks. 😁

I'm only sorry I played so shoddy - was a busy weekend and I knew it was a long video I needed to squeeze in and rushed that bit.
BUT - as someone who always prefers the written reviews (which is how I started) - just trust the scores!

Certainly different, masterful, artful, musical, resonant, WOW! Wonder how the curvature of the nautilus effects the sound. A natural reverb, I thought I heard? The top looks a bit like a polished ammonite Looking at the costs of the K brands, Blackbird, other instruments; I think the cost of this Ray Vincent offering is certainly reasonable. While on the high end for me I'd consider it. I kind of like things that are slightly different and usable.
