Scale Positions

I have finally (after many years of avoidance/laziness) decided I need to learn more uke theory to improve my playing.

I have got some basic theory down and came across this site - - which covers positions for major notes. I have decided to try and commit these to memory as it may help me to solo and remember the fretboard. I was hoping someone might be able to answer these two questions:

1. Position 3 - C is missing, which would naturally come after the 7th fret of the E string, why isn't this included?
2. Why is there no position between starting on the E (3) and G (4). I.e. should there not be an F pattern?

I may be being silly or it may be a mistake on the site. However, it would be great if someone could explain this.

Thank you for reading.
I see 2 things. The 4th string is not included and the positions essentially cover 3/4 frets. Try comparing/overlaying the 5 separate positions against the full fretboard layout. You will see that some notes are missing.
