i bought a bunch of those stickers back in the day!
amongst other things (notebooks/fridge/uke cases) i used them for -

  • decorating the trim of a home-made pinball machine!
  • as part of a uke-themed collage on an old ukulele top
  • a proud display on the back of my car window...
(must have been on there for 10 years - along w/ other uke stickers -
til i gave the car to my son last year.
received many comments about that sticker!)
* they were also great to give away as prizes in the ongoing seasons of the ukulele as gifts...

count me as another vote for a new batch for the 2020's!

it's great the t-shirts are still available.
it would be awesome if UU brought back the hoodies too!
(and w/ more colour options)

:)🌻💚
I have the T shirt. I often wear it, proudly.

For those of you who haven't yet discovered what there is available:

It looks like the populace wants those stickers! Look at the votes!

When I started the acquisition part of my ukulele journey, I decided that just in case I was on the road to being the ukulele version of a cat lady, I ought to tell my (adult) children, so I’d have accountability (and would stop hiding those tiny Timms sopranos behind the furniture). Sort of like AA, “My name is Teri, and I own seven ukulele.”

So the next time my son was over, we were sitting at the kitchen table and I began the conversation by explaining my reason for telling him how I was spending my own money. Then I said, “I buy them used, but I feel pretty safe about that, because I buy them mostly from members of this really nice group I’m in called the Ukulele Underground.”

He looked at me quite seriously for a second, then started laughing while he dug his phone out of his pocket and wrote to his sister, “Mom’s in the Ukulele Underground. She’s going to free all the ukuleles.”

Yes, I want stickers—and other merch.

Hey everyone!

Feel free to PM me ("Start Private Conversation" below) with your mailing address and how many stickers (≤5) you would like. I will send them out to you for free.

Back in the day when either Kahai or I would ship out all the UU shirts, these stickers were included with every order. Going to try and get some over to Lina from the Kanile'a shipping department, who ships the UU Shop merch now, so she can include them with all orders as well.

And since @Nickie mentioned shirts, note that the new red model is already sold out of some sizes! Now's an especially good time to look, knowing that a few stickers will be added to the package. 🙂

Sigh. The shipping (to Canada) is more than the t-shirt, plus conversion. I know shipping from HI isn't cheap. I was gifted some little UU goodies already so I'm not complaining.

🤣🤣🤣🤣Free the ukes! Now, that’s a cause I’ll support!

Unless I am doing something wrong, I can't order without creating an account and password. I'm not wanting to get married, just order t-shirts.

I'd love a shirt, it looks great in all 3 colors, but unfortunately shipping is 75% the cost of the shirt. I'd be in for $20 but $35 is kinda steep.
 😬:(
