Sold Kevin Mason "High Baritone" Custom Redwood/Ziricote Slothead Ukulele with Plumeria Inlay

Aloha folks, I'm listing a 2023 custom build from luthier Kevin Mason. It's his "high baritone" model that is currently strung in B-flat tuning, although it can handle lower tuning. Scale length is 18 3/8 inches. This instrument has a redwood top, ziricote back and sides, and maple binding throughout. The fretboard has a gorgeous plumeria inlay in gold mother of pearl, and the rosette has matching maple and gold mother of pearl. It is a slothead design with Rubner tuners. The ukulele will ship with its black Crossrock fiberglass case.

I'm the original owner. This lovely uke has been lightly played, has great volume and a mellow but volume-filled tone, and comfortable low action. Full disclosure: the instrument was built with a thin shellac finish, which does leave it vulnerable to scratching. I've included some close-up pictures of light scuffing on the back panel and also what I believe are exposed wood pores appearing as pinpoint light dots. I've always been careful to play without any jewelry, metal zippers, things like that, but the finish does have some minor flaws.
