Coming to ukulele as a logical next-in-line instrument since I am a casual tenor guitar and tenor banjo player CGDA tuning. Looking forward to learning something new but not too far afield from what I know already.

You might want to start out with a Baritone... they are awesome! And they are often cheaper since there is not so many of us playing/wanting/collecting them...

Thanks for the messages! Pretty sure I do want to sart with a baritone ukulele. I heard a Pono BN-4 which sounded great. Any other brands/manufacturers producing a similar instrument? Or, which are the good, mid-level baritones? Maybe someone could direct me to any previous conversations on this topic?
