Interesting, my white label 6 string also has a strip of light coloured wood (maple?) on the back of the bridge, and I always thought it was a repair. Was this actually a design feature at the time?

You should change the price in the header too, or people won't realize at a glance that it's been dropped (you have to edit the header separately).
