Painting a ukulele

finished the uke.
im pretty pleased with the results, but i think i couldve done a much better job with the clearcoat. i got my fingerprints in them cuz i thought it was dry. im thinking of doing more for my family. its a really fun project.

i have the urge to paint my kala kiwi. a cheap uke i can strip the paint off of and make my own... hmmmmmmmmmm

When I first saw it, I cringed. Now that it's done, it looks great. What kind of finish did you use? glossy spray on?

Where are those available? Can you get the clear base and print your own?

snowcooley- i used a brand called triple thick, got it at Michaels.
