Beautiful. What is your opinion of the strings?

These come with some special green fluorocarbon strings to go with the “green bird” title. This is Anuenue’s first all mahogany and non-gloss instrument in the Bird Series. To me its the best of all the previous models, and also the cheapest, which makes it perfect . It's also latticed brace (which I'm told means something haha) regardless, sounds phenomenal. I like all kinds of wood combos, but I always had a sweet spot for all hog ukes. not the most flashy but for my style, hits the spot.

I agree with you totally. Full disclosure, I also picked up a concert as soon as they appeared on TUS (I had been waiting since World of Ukes featured them). For all the reasons you outlined, including the satin finish. Esthetically, the strings fit beautifully. I am still not sure I enjoy playing the strings. I haven't pinpointed the reason, thus my curiosity of your impression. I decided it was prudent to leave the strings on (for now). Maybe, I'll try a pair of Aldrine's green strings.

On my latest purchase I didn't bother with the full setup because I do my own
It came super fast!

I would wait and ask for my money back for the set-up .
They're known as being the best in the business for set-ups .
And what are your other options at this point ?
